CANCELLATION POLICY

Once you have made an appointment with Ennoble Spaces, we have now reserved that appointment time exclusively and respectively for you. If you cancel twenty-four (24) hours or less from your appointment time you will be charged 50% (HALF) the amount of your agreed rate for the cancelled appointment. We are happy to accommodate you with a rescheduled appointment however that will be subject to availability. 

PLEASE NOTE: That if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled.

 

Missed appointments or “no shows” are subject to a charge in the amount of the full service. Cancellations and “no shows” leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client and, in turn, maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others. Here at Ennoble Spaces we will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations as required. Please give us a call at your earliest convenience to modify or cancel your appointment.

 

On spot cancellation, the full amount will be charged.

 

Ennoble Spaces values your time and feels that it is fair to honor the same policies we hold to our clients. Should Ennoble Spaces need to cancel on a client due to unsafe weather conditions weather, power outages, or other unforeseen events with less than 24 hours notice we will honor 50% off your next cleaning service and do all we can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.
