SERVICES

When should I book a deep cleaning?


If your space has never had a deep cleaning, we recomend an initial deep cleaning than after that every three to four months.




How is the deep cleaning service different from a regular cleaning service?


Our deep cleaning service is a comprehensive top-to-bottom cleaning. We recommend a deep cleaning if you have not had your space professionally cleaned within the past 3 months. It does not include cleaning closets, interior windows, interior walls, inside the oven, inside the cabinets or inside the refrigerator, all of which are available at a reasonably priced additional cost. Our regular cleaning is a basic cleaning that does not include baseboards, ceilng fans, cleaning closets, interior windows, interior walls, inside the oven, inside the cabinets or inside the refrigerator, all of which are available at a reasonably priced additional cost.




What does Ennoble Spaces not clean?


Ennoble Space, would like to honor all of your special requests but there are some areas and tasks that are not included as part of any of our cleaning services: Unfinished Basements Garages Inside of Appliances (Except Microwave) Folding Clothes Laundry Washing Walls High Windows Balconies and Patios Heavy Lifting Cleaning Up Animal Waste Cleaning Litter Boxes Cleaning Rodents Heavy Scrubbing Walls and Doors Removing Paint From Floors Putting Away Dishes/Washing Dishes Washing Exterior Windows Exterior Cleaning Cleaning Inside Fireplaces Cleaning Biohazards -Mold, Blood, Bodily Fluids) Cleaning TVs and Computer Monitors




What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?


You can request another date of availability or can reschedule your cleaning the following business day or next avaialble appointment.




Do Ennoble Spaces give a window of arrival?


YES! We give a two hour window of arrival. This doesn't apply to our 8:00AM appointments.

How do we pay for the cleaning service?


We email invoices and you're able to pay your deposit and balance from there.




Does Ennoble Spaces accept checks?


NO!




Is the cleanig specialist allowed to receive tips?


YES!

CLEANING APPOINTMENT

Do I have to be at home during the cleaning service?


NO. Just ensure when the cleaning specialist arrive, they will be able to get inside.




Will the cleaning specialist bring the cleaning products & suppies for residential spaces?


YES, unless you request us not to because you would like us to utilize your cleaning products & supplies.




Can a cleaning specialist use clients cleaning supplies & vacuum?


YES.




What if I need to reschedule the appointment?


If you need to reschedule your appointment, contact our customer support via phone or email with your new preferred appointment date. Please keep in mind that such changes should be made no later than 24 hours before the original appointment date.




What if I need to cancel the cleaning?


To cancel your booking, simply contact our customer support via email or phone specifying the appointment details (appointment date and your name/email address are enough). We'll confirm your cancellation via email and deposits are non refundable, however we will be happy to reschedule you.
